I started my culinary journey in 1995 at an Indian restaurant in Bolton, UK, where I trained and worked for three years. In 2000, I moved to Spain and spent 15 years working in the Canary Islands, Madrid, and Oviedo.
Currently, I am based at Royal Indian in Corralejo, Las Palmas (35660), continuing my passion for authentic Indian cuisine. With decades of experience, I create flavorful dishes and memorable dining experiences for every client.
