Get to know me better

I have a great passion for cooking and using fresh, seasonal ingredients to enhance them in each dish with a personal touch

I am Andrea Bettin, since I was a child I have always had a great passion for cooking! I grew up in the middle of nature between my grandfather's vegetable garden and my mother's homemade bread!

I have a past as a professional rugby player, where I played for the Italian national team and won a national championship!

When my career ended I decided to follow my passion by travelling around Italy and working in many restaurants from north to south in Veneto, Emilia Romagna, Lombardy and Puglia.

Starting in simple trattorias I gained experience and better and better techniques until I got to work in the starred restaurant

Bros where I spent two years as a sous chef.

Till 2 years i moved to Formentera and Mallorca to put my knowledge and passion at the service of guests in order to have a closer contact with the customer and share unique experiences together.
