I am a professional chef who grew up and studied in Cape Town South Africa. I quickly worked my way up to head chefs tiles in some of Cape Towns restaurants. I then decided to start traveling to broaden my culinary knowledge. I have spent the last 8 years traveling and working as a private and yacht chef in some of the worlds best locations.
