Born and raised in Mallorca, I bring over 15 years of professional culinary experience rooted in authentic Mediterranean tradition. Trained under Mallorcan chef Óscar Martínez, I specialise in private villa dining, wellness and meditation retreat catering, and bespoke tasting menus that reflect the seasons and terroir of the Balearic Islands.

My career spans private households in Hong Kong, retreat kitchens across Spain, and a long parallel track in international hospitality management — giving me a rare combination of culinary precision and seamless front-of-house sensibility. I work comfortably in Spanish and English, adapt to dietary requirements and mindful eating philosophies, and bring calm professionalism to every kitchen I enter.

Whether it's an intimate dinner for four or a full retreat programme for thirty, my goal is always the same: food that feels personal, local, and genuinely memorable.
