I'm a Chef from the Basque Culinary School, ,private /Yacht Chef .
I ' m Eduardo,a spanish Chef,with 6 seasson experience on yacht and a long experience in hotels and restaurants .
I had been working at busy restaurants
in Bilbao, London, Amsterdam, Mallorca,Italy ,United States, and in the
Canary Islands, doing my menus and fusion dishes .
I had been working as private Chef for the owner of my last yacht during winters the last four years in his residences (NY and Italy)
