I am an international executive chef with extensive experience in Mediterranean fine dining, enriched by Japanese and Nikkei influences. My cuisine is rooted in respect for tradition, seasonal ingredients, and precise technique, while embracing creativity through thoughtful fusion.

I am a certified master ham carver trained at the International School of Ham Carvers of Jaén, and I also have a deep command of traditional Spanish rice techniques, including paella styles from Valencia, Castellón, and Catalonia, which I execute with rigor and authenticity.

I have worked in diverse culinary contexts across Europe, America, and Asia, from high-end restaurants to private dining and bespoke events. These experiences have shaped a refined yet approachable style, focused on balance, detail, and flavor.

For each private service, I design tailored menus based on my guests’ preferences, dietary needs, and the occasion, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience. I value discretion, professionalism, and clear communication, and I take care of every detail—from ingredient selection to final presentation—so my guests can fully enjoy the moment.

My goal is to offer elegant, intimate fine dining experiences that connect Mediterranean warmth with the depth of Japanese traditions and the rich, vibrant flavors of Nikkei and Amazonian cuisines.
