My one mission as a private chef in Mallorca is to – with passion – brand each dish I cook with two things. These are the influences of my childhood in Italy, and more than 20 years of experience I’ve gained working in kitchens around the world. Listening carefully to the client to understand their tastes, needs and desires is essential to create a personalized dish. This way, each plate is packed with pure, gastronomic pleasure.
