I study in barcelona Spain in hofman school. where I'm from, my culinary school is based on French cuisine and catalonian gastronomic.

I'm passionate cook, i have 15 years of experience, working in the best restaurant in barcelona , menorca , Switzerland and the french alps also as a privete chef .

like fusion as I have knowledge of Spanish mediterranian , catalunian , france, Venezuelan, peruvian, Thailand, italian.

I cook with my heart and my tecnic learned around the years, my food is not just a meal , is also the way I can give love in a fast way.
