Hi, I’m Marco. Originally trained as an energy engineer, I found my true passion in the kitchen, where precision, optimization, and creativity come together. I’ve also explored Nordic baking, butchery, and culinary tradition. My love for climbing and cycling taught me discipline and perseverance, which I bring to every dish.
