I am a professional chef with several years cooking experience and an Associate's Degree from the Culinary Institute of America. I have worked at many restaurants, one of which has received a Bib Gourmand award from the Michilan Guide! I pride myself in making everything from scratch and sourcing locally, with a specific passion in fresh pasta.
