Matt was a great and engaging chef. We have young children and he included them in his homemade pasta making, which they loved! He spoke with us beforehand to personally curate a meal to our likes. He paired the wine excellently. He has a good knowledge of the food seen on the island and can point you to some fantastic places.

Matt was professional and more than we expected from the moment he walked into our house! The 4 course Italian meal was as tasty and authentic! We enjoyed his presentation and the serving us each course. I will have him back around the holidays to cater my girls party.
