I am a professional pastry chef and chef with 15 years of experience, i have mainly worked in pastry but i spend few years in savoury kitchen too. I love to use top quality products and to cook mostly traditional dishes that for me are the best dishes to show people your heritage and in those dishes you can find amazing flavours and techniques.
