Hi, I’m Roberto Colella.

For more than 20 years, I’ve been cooking across different countries, learning not only techniques, but how food creates connection, atmosphere, and memories. My journey started in Italy, took me through Milan, and eventually brought me to Barcelona, where I refined a Mediterranean style focused on simplicity, flavour, and balance.

What truly excites me today is bringing that experience into private homes and holiday villas. A private chef experience is not about formality or showing off dishes. It’s about feeling taken care of, enjoying great food without stress, and sharing meaningful moments with the people around the table.

A great experience!

Roberto hizo de nuestra noche una velada única y especial. Desde el principio hasta el final, nos mantuvo con muchas ganas de seguir probando todos sus platos. El pase de platos fue constante, muy bien elaborado y con los tiempos perfectos. El menú era muy variado, con elaboraciones complejas, con sabores profundos y equilibrados. Sin duda recomendaríamos el menú y sobretodo el chef Roberto!

Roberto was able to attend on very short notice after another chef cancelled only 2 days before our booking. His food was great and we very much appreciated him attending.

Roberto was professional and pleasant, Hej has a nice and calm personality and Hej made our evening very successful.

Roberto was an amazing chef. He is super friendly and served us very delicious food. His service during dinner was great and we all had a really good dinner experience . In the days leading up to the event, he was very responsive and communicative, I really appreciate him taking time to answer all my questions (even though I asked a lot of questios!), which helped me feel at ease about what to expect and what to prepare on my side. On the day, he was very professional, navigated his way in our small kitchen, and made incredibly delicious dinner!!!! The taste was beyond my expectation!! All my guests were really happy too!! Roberto was prepared an excellent bbq for our group. The food was great and the overall service was a 10/10.

Luca was absolutely amazing. All plates were empty after every dish! The calamari was some of the best we've had and every dish was beautifully presented. It was a very special start to our girls weekend in Barcelona and we would definitely do it again. Thank you Luca!
