My background spans the kitchens of the Mandarin Oriental Miami, private projects in Mexico, Iguazú Falls and Patagonia, and several seasons in Ibiza — experiences that built a discipline rooted in precision, discretion, and genuine warmth. I've worked with high-profile clients across different cultures and settings, and I understand that great service is never one-size-fits-all.

My cuisine is rooted in Latin America and refined through Mediterranean living: fire and embers, local market products, vibrant flavors, and a deep respect for the ingredient.
