I’m Tommaso Dainotti, a private chef with Italian roots and over ten years of international experience in gastronomy and hospitality.

Trained at ALMA – La Scuola Internazionale di Cucina Italiana, I have built my career across Italy, Portugal, and Spain, working in a variety of kitchens and culinary projects. This experience has allowed me to combine Italian tradition with a modern, Mediterranean approach, always open to new influences and ideas.

My cuisine is based on quality ingredients, simplicity, and technique, with a strong focus on respecting the product and creating balanced, flavourful dishes.

It has been an amazing experience! Tommaso really paid attention to my initial request and sent over a personalized menu based on what I had described. This was a gift for our 15th anniversary with my husband. Tommaso printed out the menu with our names, was very pleasant to discuss with, explained all the dishes and presented them very well and all in all we really had an unforgettable experience and really tasty food! The oysters were really a great surprise! Would definitely recommend.
