Passionate cook of world cuisines, with experience in starred restaurants in 4 countries. Creativity, technique and authentic taste.
While graduating in diplomacy and international cooperation, cooking for others brought me out of a complicated personale path and I decided to work in restaurants to bring joy to people through food. I so started a course at the Culinary Institute of Barcelona specializing in low temperature and fire cooking as well as molecular techniques.
I worked in one of the best restaurants of the world: Quintonil (Mexico City), 2 Michelin stars 7th best restaurant in the world; Atelier Moessmer (Brunico, Italy), 3 Michelin stars 52nd best restaurant in the world; La Tasqueria (Madrid), 1 Michelin star.
