I am a professional Chef with 20 years of experience. Growing up and working in Italy until the age of 33, then moved to London to expand my knowledge about food and now living and working in Bristol area. Specialized in Italian food (of course), but open to every kind of food. Born in Rome, Carbonara is definitely a religion for me, but "Gricia" is definitely underrated, you must try my "Pasta alla Gricia" once before you die

Fabio was very good at communicating and made our first ever experience a great one thank you! Can't recommend Fabio highly enough. Food surpassed expectations and he was friendly and really efficient, timings were perfect and a really great service. When he left the kitchen was immaculate. like he'd never been!

Absolutely incredible. We had the pleasure of having Fabio to come our home to cook a 3 course meal for my husband's 60th birthday and the whole experience was outstanding from start to finish. Fabio was incredibly friendly, professional and efficient, making the evening feel completely effortless for us. Each course was beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious. before serving each dish he took time to explain what we about to enjoy, which added a lovely personal touch to the experience. After the meal he took care of everything, cooking, serving and clearing up, leaving the kitchen spotless which meant we could relax with the family. I couldn't recommend Fabio highly enough. He helped make my husbands 60th truly special and we will definitely be booking him again for future celebrations.

Chef Fabio is honestly fantastic! He worked with me to create the perfect menu for my friend's bachelorette, he worked through difficulties with the apartment location, and he did everything with a great attitude and constant professionalism! The food was incredible, beautiful presentation and delicious! He was great to work with and really made our evening unforgettable, could not reccommend enough!

We had an amazing experience with Chef Fabio. He was so helpful and attentive in advance of our booking, and even helped me to design a bespoke Italian menu. Nothing was too much trouble! On the day, he was very professional and the food was amazing. He served us some of the best focaccia and gnocchi I've ever eaten! The whole experience was perfect from start to finish. And he even shared his gnocchi recipe with me after to try at home! Thank you Chef Fabio for creating such a wonderful experience for us!

Everything with Fabio was professional from start to finish. From the initial contact, to the communication ahead of the meal and then the meal itself, it was all great. We were celebrating my Dad’s 70th birthday while staying in an Air bnb outside of Cardiff. The meal made the birthday weekend extra special. We went for the premium menu option and each course was incredible. We had the burrata, beef and sticky toffee pudding. The sticky toffee pudding was the best I have ever had! The focaccia and bruschetta appetisers were delightful and a great way to kick off the evening with a drink. The cheese board was also a great way to finish the meal and was beautifully presented, as was all the food. Thank you Chef Fabio for a truly delightful meal and for making our birthday celebrations so memorable!

Fabio cooked and catered for a 40th dinner party at our house (14 people), and it was incredible and memorable in every way. He was friendly, professional, and took care of every detail - often without needing to ask. One of the best nights we can remember having, and will be booking again. Cheers Fabio, for making it so special!
