Carla is an absolute gem, both as a chef and as a person. I booked her services for a birthday dinner in October. I asked for a fully vegan Italian meal that was both tasty and with a solid amount of protein. We had a couple of messages back and forth, and I loved Carla's ideas for the dinner. On the day, she and Veronica arrived on time and immediately got to work. Both of them are such warm, kind people and it was a pleasure to have them there. The dinner itself was amazing, an aperitivo hour followed by amarone risotto and seitan wellington, and finished off with a pear and chocolate torte. She also left leftovers, which everyone was delighted by the next day. The kitchen was left absolutely spotless, and my friends are still talking about how much they loved the risotto. Carla, thank you so much for making my birthday so special.
