I'm Carmine, a 24-year-old cook with a passion for exploring the world through its kitchens. London, Spain, Milan, Menton… wherever I’ve been, I’ve absorbed the experiences, methods, techniques, traditions, and cultures that shaped my way of cooking.

I’ve worked in several starred restaurants, which strengthened my belief that the true essence of cooking lies in discipline and in the absolute respect for food—the real protagonist of every dish.

My goal is to bring authenticity, technique, and the spirit of my travels into each culinary experience I create.
