I'm a passionate Chef with over 27 years of experience. My goal is to impress my customers and make them happy. My experience is coming from loads of different backgrounds... Pubs, hotels, fine dining restaurants and several big events. From Mediterranean or American to the street food style. I love the challenges and I am open for any requests. I always keep my customers satisfaction in the very centre of my attention. That's I decided to sign up here at PCM. I am friendly and colourful person, who loves a good laugh and food of course. I want to offer to my customers exceptional food and a lovely gastronomy experience. As per your request I can make you fresh Italian or spicy South American dishes. Your favourite exotic Asian, or delicious French, maybe even street food style? Let's do it! Just want it simply modern and beautiful? Done!
