# About Daniele

I am Daniele Vino, an Italian Private Chef from Puglia with over thirteen years of international culinary experience across Italy, the United Kingdom, Belgium and Lithuania.

My cuisine is deeply rooted in the traditions of Southern Italy, yet inspired by contemporary techniques and a constant pursuit of simplicity, elegance and flavour. Every menu I create is designed around seasonal ingredients, local producers and the unique preferences of my guests.

As a Private Chef, I believe that dining is about much more than food. It is about creating meaningful moments, bringing people together and telling stories through every dish. Whether cooking for a family holiday, an intimate dinner, a celebration or an extended villa stay, I take care of every detail—from menu planning and ingredient sourcing to preparation, service and kitchen management.

Alongside my work as a Private Chef, I have led professional kitchens, developed restaurant concepts and founded *Due Orecchiette*, a project dedicated to celebrating the culinary heritage of Puglia through immersive food experiences.

My goal is simple: to offer an authentic taste of Italy while creating unforgettable memories around the table.
