cooking with passion and fun is the only way to produce good food that people can enjoy

I am a private chef since 2008 and I usually travel around Italy and Europe to reach my clients to manage lunches, dinners and private events at their residences and I am currently in London until December 10th.

Predilection for a healthy cuisine with the minimum use of animal fats, refined sugars and processed products and also I can offer a wide knowledge of gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian cuisine.
