I am Italian specialized in Mediterranean cuisine, pasta, fish and seafood.
. I have worked in restaurants in London, Barcelona and Italy as well as in private catering and on yachts. My specialties are Mediterranean and Italian cuisine, fresh seafood dishes, pasta and canapés. I am a very organized person who chooses only the best ingredients whilst being capable of adhering to a budget. I love working at sea and I am also very capable in all aspects of deck work and maintenance of the yacht. I am a hard worker who is discrete but always present. I enjoy working in a team and I am always respectful of other people.
