Chef Graziano Pagliarulo

Graziano was absolutely incredible. We hired him to cook three dinners for our family during our stay in Puglia, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. First and foremost, Graziano is an exceptionally talented chef. Every meal was delicious, beautifully presented, and thoughtfully designed to showcase Puglia. But what impressed us just as much was the amount of care he put into everything surrounding the food. He spent real time designing three distinct menus, selecting the best seasonal ingredients, adapting dishes based on what looked best at the market, and choosing wonderful local wines to accompany each evening. His wine selections were inspired and introduced us to producers and varieties we likely never would have discovered on our own. At Graziano’s suggestion, we also hired a second chef to assist him, who was his partner, Rebecca. She was fantastic. In addition to being an excellent assistant in the kitchen and throughout service, Rebecca created beautiful table settings each evening and brought such warmth and attention to the experience. Together, Graziano and Rebecca went far beyond simply preparing dinner. They created three completely different, memorable evenings for our family. They were warm, generous, professional, and incredibly thoughtful, and by the end of our stay it felt much more personal than simply having hired a private chef. The amount of effort and care they put into making these evenings special was extraordinary. They were among the highlights of our time in Puglia, and I would recommend Graziano without hesitation. If we return to the region, we will absolutely hope to have Graziano and Rebecca cook for us again.

Chef Graziano is een zeer vriendelijk en beleefde chef. Alles was tot in de puntjes in orde. Het eten en presentatie ervan was super en hij heeft zelfs alles opgeruimd. We raden deze chef zeker aan en zullen niet twijfelen om hem in de toekomst nog eens te boeken!

Graziano, was an amazing chef and definitely helped make my mother's 90th birthday celebrations even more special. The food was out of this world. I'd definitely use him again or recommend him

Graziano was a great chef! We and our guests were all very happy with the food, the service, the presentation and the entire experience. The interaction during an prior to the event was excellent. Graziano took into account all the dietary requirement and restrictions of the guests. Upon our request, he also chose some wine for us that went well with his courses, which we really enjoyed. On the event itself everything went smoothly so we could relax and enjoy the meal with our guests. Altogether, I can only recommend Graziano as a chef and I would book him again for the next event without hesitation.

We booked a chef for a hen party abroad. Take a chef was really easy to use and make requests and I soon had a number of menus proposals from different chefs. Graziano was great and sent a few menu options! He communicated regularly with me and was flexible around us staying in an air BnB and not knowing what equipment and crockery we would have available. Graziano was really professional and the food was fab, I would highly recommend his services.

We would 100% recommend Chef Graziano! He prepared a private dinner for my friend's bachelorette party in an Airbnb which we had rented. He arrived on time, had everything prepped, and was very professional. Working in an Airbnb can be difficult because I could only give him limited information in advance as to what kind of appliances, cutlery, crockery etc. there'd be. However, Chef Graziano was super open to this and worked with everything as it was. He even had proactive suggestions concerning the aperitif which was highly appreciated. In the end, he made an amazing dinner of extremely high quality and left the kitchen spotless. We would definitely book Chef Graziano again!
