With a lifelong dedication to cooking, I began my culinary journey at a very young age.

From Michelin-starred Italian kitchens in Valle d'Aosta, Emilia-Romagna, Liguria, and Tuscany to the

gourmet bistros of France.

I learned French cuisine at the Four Seasons Hotel Le George V in Paris.

I honed my sauce-making skills working at the Bleeding Heart restaurant in London.

I have managed many restaurant kitchens in Tuscany.

Today, I bring my international culinary experience as a private chef around the world.
