I earned a Michelin star as a chef de partie at Baglioni Resorts Sardinia and sharpened my skills in Amsterdam, working alongside one of the best chefs in the world. I’ve got that classic Italian flair—full of energy, a bit of fire, and a whole lot of love for great food.
