Love, passion and food… emotions!

I’m a professional Michelin-starred chef. Ever since I was a child, I’ve loved cooking. After high school, I attended college in Genoa, where I studied economics for two years before realizing my true passion lay elsewhere. I decided to quit and pursue a career as a chef.

I started as a commis, and after three years of hard work and dedication, I was promoted to sous chef and eventually became executive chef. At that point, I decided to follow my dream: earning a Michelin star.

That dream came true, and I successfully maintained the star for five years.
