I’m a professional Michelin-starred chef. Ever since I was a child, I’ve loved cooking. After high school, I attended college in Genoa, where I studied economics for two years before realizing my true passion lay elsewhere. I decided to quit and pursue a career as a chef.

I started as a commis, and after three years of hard work and dedication, I was promoted to sous chef and eventually became executive chef. At that point, I decided to follow my dream: earning a Michelin star.

That dream came true, and I successfully maintained the star for five years.

Samuele was amazing! We traveled to Santa Margherita for a wedding and booked Samuele to help us host our extended family (14 people) at a villa we rented in the area for dinner. He did a phenomenal job. He arrived on time and the food was delicious. Per my request, he made a menu that favored local dishes and the ingredients were so fresh. He also spoke about the food with great intelligence and even shared restaurant recommendations with us for the rest of our stay! He made the experience very warm and personable for the entire family; we were all so comfortable and excited to be in Italy! He also accommodated all of the food allergies of my guests (gluten and allium free, and it was all still so delicious!). It was an amazing start to our wedding week and I got to reap all of the compliments from my family for the rest of our stay that I had booked the best meal of the trip! I’m so happy I found Samuele to give us this experience!

We had a great time and would highly recommend Samuele. He is a professional chef with experience from Michellin star restaurant. We had a family dinner and he suggested an excellent menu. Involved us in the process gave explanation of the food. Beautiful plating, great presentation.
