I am a professional Chef with 12 years of experience in the industry working for mostly modern European restaurants. I come from Auckland, New Zealand. I like sensing cuisines at its origins and my food is based on my travels. I would like to call my genre Euro- Asian as it respects French techniques with Asian, Mediterranean influenced flavours or vice versa.
