I love and am most passionate about barbecue and live fire cooking but anything I make, I pour my heart into it
I am a dedicated and experienced chef with 22 years of culinary expertise. I am very passionate about barbecue and eating good food. I have lived on the Big Island of Hawaii for over 14. Still working on profile. I would prefer to stick to bbq. I only selected four but I can cook anything. I also put very little in the menus because I had to put something but we can personalize whatever cuisine you want. I can source amazing local produce and being here in Hawaii we have amazing seafood, which is why I choose the seafood. I was head chef of a Hawaiian restaurant called Umekes, so I am a master at local cuisine as well and can create a Luau feast and I have done sushi there as well. I love mexican food and love any style of taco and Ill make them better than any Mexican restaurant. My smoked brisket birria tacos are to die for. I didnt select them but I can do Italian or Mediterranean and make amazing handmade pastas and wood fired pizzas. Anyways, I can do any of these as elegant as you want or more laid back family style.
