I am a professional Chef with over 10 years of experience. I started in the culinary industry when I was fifteen years old. From then I have gone on to attend culinary school at the culinary Institute of America in Hyde park new york , as well as Johnson and Wales University. Upom graduation, i dove into the work force and have goen onto work for major catering companies, hotels, became an executive chef before the age of 30, have been a traveling chef, and private chef.
