Passionate about global farm-to-table cooking, I create dishes that delight and satisfy every tastebud.
Originally from Toronto, Canada, I bring over 12 years of culinary experience to the kitchen. My background includes private meal delivery, catering and teaching at a recreational cooking school. I've also worked in the kitchens of fine-dining restaurants in Toronto, such as Ricarda's, La Palma and the Michelin-rated restaurant, Aloette.
