With over 20 years of culinary experience, I am a professional chef dedicated to creating bold, memorable dining experiences tailored to each client. My approach is rooted in using sustainable, fresh, local, and organic ingredients—ensuring every dish reflects both quality and intention.

I specialize in vibrant, flavor-driven cuisine designed to accommodate a wide range of dietary preferences and restrictions, including gluten-free, paleo, keto, vegan, and low FODMAP. No matter the need, I maintain depth, balance, and bold flavor without compromise.

My culinary foundation was shaped in the high-level kitchens of Las Vegas, where I trained under renowned chefs such as Gordon Ramsay and Michael Mina. These experiences refined my technique, discipline, and ability to execute at a consistently high standard.

Through strong relationships with local ranchers and farmers, I source exceptional ingredients—from wild game to grass-fed bison and beef—bringing a level of authenticity and sustainability that sets my cuisine apart.

Amanda and her team prepared a mouth watering meal for our party of 10. We were in a rental cabin and she made magic in its tiny kitchen. Her menu was creative and substantial and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend!
