My cuisine is adventurous, daring, and enthusiastic

I am a professional Chef with 17 years of experience. As much as possible, I prefer to use sustainable, fresh, local, and organic ingredients. I can alter and modify any type of cuisine to satisfy tastebuds and accommodate any dietary restrictions without sacrificing flavor. I specialize in creating gluten-free, paleo, keto, vegan, low FODMAP cuisine. I have worked with celebrity chefs in Nevada and Montana. Additionally, I have an abundance of connections to ranchers/farmers to receive wild game and grass-fed bison and beef. My style of cuisine is bold, colorful, mouth-watering, and I look forward to creating your next memory.
