Get to know me better

I have the equivalency of a Masters degree in the culinary industry and can prepare virtually anything you can conceive.

I am classically trained in French and Italian cuisine, I was an apprentice to world renowned chef Anthony Zallo. I have half a lifetime of knowledge in both ingredients and techniques, and would mostly like to share my knowledge with people. Now booking for the 2026 season. Please be prompt with decisions as this is not my only platform and I will cancel request after 2 weeks of no confirmation to keep that date available for other customers.
