Get to know me better

Driven by food, inspired by memories made and yet to be had.

Cooking for nearly 39 years, captivated well before then. Have worked in nearly all kind of food operations from hotels, chain restaurants, Country Club, fast food, and private dining. I currently am on my sixth year of hosting underground dinners where with the help of my super badass sous chef and wife serve 9 courses for 20 diners twice a month. I also teach cooking classes including pasta, bread and butter, and smoked meats. Planning to add more classes soon. Regularly cater offsite including Yoga retreats both near and far, hunting excursions, large format grazing tables and plated dinner service. Always looking to meet new people find inspiration and make new memories.
