He is ServSafe certified and completed an apprenticeship in Serino, Italy, where he trained under a local chef who believed in cooking from the land, fresh herbs from the garden, homemade cheeses, and milk delivered daily. That philosophy of freshness, simplicity, and intention still guides his menus today.

His style blends that Italian foundation with Southern richness and coastal influence, bold flavors, refined presentation, and dishes that feel both luxurious and comforting.
