Born in Massachusetts and now rooted on Kauai, I’m a private chef who finds inspiration in the ocean and the āina. When I’m not in the kitchen, I’m surfing, spearfishing, or hunting — all ways I stay connected to the island’s rhythms. My cooking reflects that connection, focusing on fresh, local ingredients and a true farm-to-table spirit that celebrates the natural abundance and flavors of Hawaii.
