Get to know me better

Culinary professional constantly seeking new challenges

I have been cooking professionally for eight years. I started my culinary career by studying at the Auguste Escoffier school of culinary arts in Austin, while I was attending I worked under Chef Cesideo D’Andrea at Artisan Bistro in Lakeway. After finishing Culinary school my wife and I decided to move to New York for personal and professional growth. During two years in New York I worked for Chef Harold Dieterle at his NYTimes 2* Thai restaurant Kin Shop and under Chef Anthony Sasso at Michelin 1* Casa Mono as well as staging for one month at Michelin 2* rated Atera. After returning to Austin I worked under Chef Todd Duplechan at Lenoir which was ranked as Austin’s #1 restaurant then as a Sous Chef at Barlata under Chef Daniel Olivella. Since the birth of my daughter I have been looking for a fresh challenge where I can share my knowledge and love of cooking with more flexibility to spend time with my young family.
