Italian flare mixed with some Native American heritage. My grandmothers showed me love and joy of cooking that brings family/people together in life.
Professional chef since 1996. Studied at Western Culinary Institute in Portland, Oregon under some of the finest chef instructors in the world. This spark though, came from my favorite ladies in the world, my grandmothers. Always keen and knowledgeable in showing me their ways of bringing happiness to all who were lucky enough to be at the tables they set.
