Ive been a Professional Chef for the past 28yrs beginning my journey in Scottsdale, Az with Bandera ( a Houston's concept). I was hired as a Chef after I had finished my externship for Scottsdale Culinary Institute. After 5yrs I wanted to expand my knowledge and took a position as Culinary Partner for PF Changs in Southern California. After 5yrs with PF Changs I was aquired by Grand Lux Cafe. Trained in L.A. and then immediately reloacted to the Flagship Restaurant inside the Venetian Hotel, Las Vegas. After 12 yrs honing my skills I made the decision to move to high end dinning and was Hired as the Executive Chef for Del Friscos Double Eagle Steakhouse in Plano, Tx. There I leared the Art of Steak....I decided to take it a step further and joined Dee Lincoln Prime.
