I am a professional chef with over 25 years of experience in the culinary field. I graduated from Pennsylvania Culinary Institute in Pittsburgh,PA in 2003. I started my career at a family owned restaurant while in school. Then moved on to hospital setting then country clubs. Then I found my self working for a high-volume corporate restaurant and hotel resort chain
