I am a 22 year old chef with 7 years of experience. Started as a young cook in humble kitchens and worked my way up to fine dining. I’m currently the sous chef at “Emilia’s” and “The Blue Room” at the Crescent hotel Fort Worth. I specialize in all things Mediterranean. I am naturally a very creative person, and this is my main outlet for that creativity.
