I am a personal chef in the Birmingham area, and while I started cooking for others 3 years ago, my culinary training really started as a young child in the kitchen with my dad, learning the joy and art of cooking, absorbing every lesson of flavors and cuisines and eager to try myself. I love to experiment with new techniques and ingredients, and if the dish doesn’t look like a colorful explosion of art by the end, I’ve done something wrong! To me, food should be beautiful, delicious, and memorable!
