I love filling people's bellies with warm, homestyle dishes. Elevated comfort food warms the heart and body.
I am a trained chef with over ten years of experience in foodservice and hospitality. Since my teen years, I have worked in a variety of places around the USA, either as FOH or BOH or both: summer camp, American Cruise Lines, restaurants, bakeries. I graduated from Johnson & Wales University in 2021 with my associate's degree in Baking & Pastry Arts, then spent two years living and working in South Dakota as an artisan bread baker. In 2023, I returned to Maine, my home state, where I joined the culinary team of a casual fine dining restaurant in Presque Isle. I soon rose to the position of sous chef and learned how to connect with local farmers to provide a farm-to-table experience at the restaurant.
