I’m Forrest, a private chef and the creative director behind KMRA Tasting Club — an underground tasting experience rooted in storytelling, regional sourcing, and bold, emotionally layered cooking. My dinners are more than meals: they’re designed as intimate rituals, often unfolding in private homes, salons, and pop-up spaces across New York City and beyond.
