I am a professional chef with 17 years of culinary experience. I trained at both Le Cordon Bleu and the Culinary Institute of America, and my cooking ranges from gourmet cuisine to elevated home-style dishes. Throughout my career, I’ve traveled across the U.S., learning new techniques and training other chefs to help them unlock their potential and share their passion for food.
Born and raised in Fort Worth, I currently run and operate Salty Cow Charcuterie, where I focus on quality, creativity, and craftsmanship in every experience I offer.
