Gianpaolo Fiorino is a Michelin-trained chef and creative culinary professional with a foundation rooted in classical French technique and modern hospitality innovation. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, he has trained in high-level kitchens and developed his craft within rigorous brigade systems in New York City.

He was part of the opening team at Hestia in Austin, a concept that went on to earn a Michelin star, where he helped shape both culinary execution and kitchen culture at a high level. Beyond fine dining, Gianpaolo is an entrepreneur and operator, founding Fiorino Fine Foods and playing a key role in scaling multi-unit hospitality concepts.

With over 15 years of experience, his work blends refined technique with forward-thinking creativity, bridging the gap between traditional fine dining and modern, experience-driven food culture.
