I am a hard worker and lover of food. I pride myself in excellence and achieving my goals.

Chef Hakeem is an experienced culinary professional with formal training under Michelin Star chefs, bringing a passion for excellence to every dish I create.

My career highlights include managing two successful kitchens since moving to Georgia, showcasing my expertise in fine dining, line, prep, and high-volume banquet cooking. I have had the privilege of serving at prestigious establishments such as The Chanler at Cliff Walk in Newport, RI, and The Commander's Palace, where I honed my craft and attention to detail.

My culinary journey also includes key roles at 110 Grill, A/C Marriott, and The Olive Garden, where I developed strong skills in kitchen management and banquet service.

With a background in International Relations from the University of the West Indies, I bring a global perspective to my culinary artistry. Combining technical expertise with creativity, I strive to deliver exceptional and memorable food experiences for every client.
