I am a world-class culinary and hospitality professional with over 15 years of experience in catering, both in-house and off-site. I’ve led and inspired teams of up to 50 chefs and service staff while producing seamless, high-impact events. I bring full-scale party production expertise—from concept and planning to décor, execution, and flawless delivery—consistently exceeding my guests’ wildest expectations. I host monthly immersive dinner party experiences featuring thoughtfully curated menus designed to engage all the senses. I have a deep love for learning new cuisines and specialize in soulful seafood, bold vegan dishes that make you question the importance of meat, Asian cuisine (a personal favorite), and richly spiced Caribbean meals. My work is rooted in intention, creativity, and elevated hospitality. And to top it all off—I always come with dessert.
