Foodie with a passion for home cooking
I’ve been in the restaurant industry since I was 18 and have worked in small towns in rural Kentucky to big hotels in Austin. I was born in Caifornia but consider Texas to be my home, with me living most of my life there.
I have been in Baton Rouge for about a year and a half and am looking to start up my personal chef business again. I focus on Italian and Mexican cuisine, though I do branch out and try other food as well.
At home I don’t cook certain dishes, just whatever spices/herbs I feel like having. Currently I work at a Greek restaurant as a server and is my new venture into the front of the house to learn more about the entire industry.
