I’ve been in the restaurant industry since I was 18 and have worked in small towns in rural Kentucky to big hotels in Austin. I was born in Caifornia but consider Texas to be my home, with me living most of my life in New Braunfels.

I love sourcing whatever I get from local farms and butchers, as it makes me feel like I’m a part of the community.

James was delightful and the whole thing was perfect!!!

James provided a wonderful experience. Each item that he prepared was delicious. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed.

James was incredible. He was attentive, thoughtful and the food was great. Seriously, it was one of the best meals my friends and I have ever had.

We were incredibly impressed. Our chef went above and beyond in making our evening memorable and delicious. We can’t say enough about his attention to our specific requests and needs. The food was amazing and plentiful. James was on time, was personable and professional.

James was absolutely amazing! Food was fantastic - and honestly so much of it! He was beyond accommodating and made everything just so special. I would highly recommend him!
