Very passionate about food and providing an unforgettable experience for clients.
I am a professional chef with 12 years of fine dining experience mainly focused on Italian, Mediterranean and new American cuisine. Two and a half years of that I was able to work in a fine dining establishment called Blackbelly in Boulder Colorado. They have received and maintained Michelin awards over the past 3 years. I also was sue chef at Prerogative Kitchen in Red lodge Montana for two James beard nominated chefs.
I helped open a mediterranean Café named Sittis table in Cody Wyoming that was nominated for best restaurant in the northwest portion of the country by James beard in 2025. I make all of their baked goods and pastries.
I also have 8 years experience catering for anywhere from 10-200 people. I am very flexible and ultimately want to provide whatever experience you are looking for.
