I can help make your event as simple or refined as you wish. I’ve experience in restaurants, hotels, lodges, healthcare and many hybrid settings.

I will begin by choosing the best ingredients, I thrive on communication, expectations and planning your events meal service. I’ve several menus and am always listening for ideas, please let me know. I’ve cooked for 5 to 5,000, my preference is 2-18 or so. Seasonality is everything in cuisine, let me help create a memory.
